**Job Title**: Learning Technologist / Digital Learning Designer

**Location**:Suffolk

**Salary**: Up to £36,000 per year (Experience Dependent)

**Job type**:Permanent, Full time.

**The Role**:

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- To lead the development and implementation of technology-enhanced learning initiatives.
- The role will involve designing resources and supporting colleagues with the use of technologies in learning and teaching (L&T).
- Understanding of Instructional and Learning Design principles.
- Able to plan, write and project manage significant company policy around digital strategy.
- Observe and evaluate trainer-led sessions and report progress to the Training & Development Manager and company board of directors.
- Place of work IKON Head office, Ipswich Suffolk (hybrid options available).

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- Qualification in teaching and learning or training with knowledge of online training delivery.
- Proven knowledge of supporting and using technology that supports teaching and learning, including Office 365 Applications, to a high standard.
