**The role of a Regional Manager**:
- Work with the leadership team with solutions to provide efficiencies and sales growth in stores.
- Work in collaboration with different stakeholders within the business utilising your communication and negotiation skills to develop, support and deliver multiple projects.
- Responsible for the control of the day-to-day operational activities of the company.
- Responsible for the area managers/operations managers building a positive environment through team building and training and implementing company policies, procedures and ethics.
- Responsible for delivering the agreed KPIs of the company such as sales, productivity, labour cost, food cost.
- Manage your team to improve capability, drive standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Drive engagement through an effective communication plan.
- Be the conduit between Stores and Head Office, advising and ensuring commercial initiatives are maximised.
You will demonstrate evidence of working in a fast paced environment. You will have credible presence and work at all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference and help shape the growth of this national business.
**Package**:This role has a very completive **base salary of up to £55,000 plus bonus**and a great benefits package.
