Here at GXO Newark we are looking for two Transport Clerk’s to join our busy transport office, to ensure the safe delivery of Currys products to stores throughout the UK.

This is a one-year fixed term contract, where you’ll be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The working hours will be 06:00-18:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £21,450 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- You’ll support First Line Managers with accurate and timely daily brief & de-brief of drivers
- Prepare and reconcile delivery paperwork, POD's etc, tacho admin & reporting
- Collate all feedback against plan in the daily operations log for use in plan/do/review calls
- Administration of the fleet including administering the defect process, tyre management and bookings

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience in a transport environment would be advantageous
- A strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
- The ability to analyse and interpret data with confident MS Excel skills
- You’ll need to work well under pressure
