**The Role**:

- Welcome members and guests and ensure a warm welcome and strong first impressions of Club Calcot
- Show guests around the Spa for tours Club facilities
- Take bookings for Spa treatments, Day Spa packages and Fitness classes
- Take pre-orders for food and beverage. Making teas, coffee’s and smoothies as well as running a daily Spa lunch service
- Understand the product brands we work with and assist with retail enquires and purchases
- Carrying out regular Facility checks
- Assist guests with bike hiring
- Have an understanding of the product brands we work with and assist with retail enquires and purchases
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team

**Skills**:

- Previous customer facing experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident and positive attitude
- Strong I.T. skills
- Pro-active approach
- Good team player
- Must have own transport
