**The Role**:
Within a team of 8 this position will involve payroll processing of a UK Payroll. The Payroll Analyst will have responsibility for 9 UK entities (1800c employees) amongst 3 UK team members, ensuring timely monthly processing from start to finish.

Some administration associated with benefits (e.g., medical plans, life insurance and disability plans) will also be required as part of this role.

This role handles a large volume of data and therefore the Payroll Analyst should be highly organised, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential in this busy and varied role. The Ability to work on own and with team members todevelop creative solutions to workflow issues

**Payroll Responsibilities**

Provide administrative support across the payrolls.
- Input and processing of the UK payroll under supervision
- Completion of post payroll administration, including preparation and reconciliation of cost reports
- Auto enrolment administration (UK)
- Responding to employee and third party queries
- To provide general payroll or benefits support, as required
- Post payroll reports e.g. GTN, GL, STL, BUPA, Pension etc.
- Childcare Voucher administration
- Run various reports in Success Factors to support payroll processing
- Payroll administration of Season Ticket Loans
- Payroll administration of the cycle to work scheme
- Payroll Reconciliation / Checking of other UK payroll
- P11D processing
- Responding to payroll related administrative requests

**Additional Duties**:

- To ensure that all enquiries are handled in a courteous and timely manner as required
- Preparation of any ad hoc reports, as required
- The ability to prioritise work assignments to accommodate urgent requests as needed.
- To ensure that all data handled meets with stringent audit/SOX requirements
- Maintain a flexible attitude.
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude to colleagues at all times
- Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills with the ability to learn additional programs as needed
- Experience with HR and Payroll systems.
