**Remote role - Northern based to meet with team in Manchester 1 day per month**
**£30,000**
Better placed are delighted to be working with a highly recognised and one of the fastest-growing eCommerce/marketplaces on an international scale. They are looking for a CRM Executive to join the Northern team.
This company are on a mission to provide fair trade, a place where sellers can flourish, and buyers can easily find what they need. The most efficient platform that eases the customer journey.
The role is remote based with one day per month meet up in Manchester to collaborate with the wider team, so organisation and management of own projects is integral to the position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working with th ESP to ensure we continue to optimise our customer segments, allowing the marketing they receive to be as tailored as possible.
- Working with internal teams across Design, Merchandising and Marketing to ensure creative briefs are submitted in line with launch deadlines, and the customer destinations agreed.
- Weekly reporting on CRM performance, circulating to wider stakeholders, and making sure we continue to build on what’s performing well.
- Building out the CRM testing calendar for the business.
- Continuing to develop innovative messaging and 'newways’ to reach the customers based on their behaviour patterns.
