- Experience of working with young people of all ages
- Ability to operate at a level of understanding and competence equivalent to NVQ Level 2 standard
- Commitment to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people
- Experience of working in a school or other learning environment
- Experience of Administrative work
- Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
- Experience of working with confidential information
- Awareness of current issues in the Education sector
- Minimum of GCSE or equivalent grade C in English and Maths NVQ level 2 or above qualification -appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
