Finance Manager Immediately Required
Our client, a well-respected third sector body in Gloucestershire, is looking for a Finance Manager to come on board on a permanent basis due to growth in the company. This role is mainly about supporting the Finance Director to ensure the company remainfinancially robust and that good financial management is embedded across the company.

**Location**: Gloucestershire (Hybrid Remote)

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

**Contract**: Permanent

**Salary**:£40,223 - £44,016(DOE)

**Day to Day Duties**:

- Support the Finance Director to continue to maintain strong financial health
- Effective line management of the finance team and designated reports
- Assuring the smooth functioning of the finance team and designated areas
- Continuous development of timely, relevant and accurate Financial reporting systems
- Support the Finance Director to retain clean Audit outcomes and effective reporting to external stakeholders
- Responsibility for the first draft detailed & consolidated operating budget after consultation with budget holders considering prior year comparatives covering revenue, salaries and cost centre spend
- Preparation of timely monthly financial statements including pragmatic forecasts with control account reconciliations and updated supporting schedules
- Month-end and year-end processes in R32000
- Preparation and presentation of quarterly Contribution accounting reporting to the Finance Director with follow-on presentation to appropriate managers
- Dealing directly with Budget holders on the Finance Directors behalf
- Lead and line-manage the Finance team including recruitment, appraisals, performance management and ensuring efficient and adequate cover

**Essential Skills**:

- ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified or Part Qualified
- Previous experience with Team Leadership
- Experience with financial systems and providing day-to-day financial management services including: budgetary control; forecasting; financial performance analysis
