Here at GXO, we’re looking for An **HR Team Leader** to join us on a full time, permanent basis, based at our head office in Northampton. As a key part of our central team, you will work collaboratively to provide guidance to our HR Specialist team, whilst continuously driving the team forward and identifying opportunities for improvements in service efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience.

If successful, you’ll be working from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, however, flexibility is required.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Review, maintain and develop processes within the people services function to ensure consistent service delivery, enhancing the overall customer service experience
- Take full Ownership of settlement agreements, Employment Tribunal Notifications, and ACAS Early Conciliation requests
- Provide expertise and support for any people change activity including acquisitions and TUPE ensuring all due diligence is completed and the effective and accurate transition of all data
- Provide an infrastructure where employees and managers can access answers to first-line HR and payroll queries and continually build knowledge in the business to create greater levels of self-service.

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- CIPD Qualified (Level 5 or working towards)
- Minimum of 2 years HR / Compliance / Shared Service experience essential
- Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and contractual law is essential
- Previous management experience, with a hands-on approach to leadership with a keen and flexible attitude
