**The Role**
We are seeking a qualified Probate Practitioner to join our licenced conveyancing firm. The role will include obtaining Grants of Probate and assisting and advising on complex cases along the way. This is a full-time opportunity and will be 37.5 hours per week based from home, with occasional visits to our office in Lincoln.

**Job Requirements**

**Duties**
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents with the relevant courts.
- Assist in the valuation of estates, including property and assets.
- Manage timelines and deadlines associated with probate proceedings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the probate process.

**Skills**
- Qualified probate practitioner
- Strong knowledge of probate law and estate administration procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing documentation and deadlines.
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with clients during challenging times.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Benefits**
