Business Change Consultant - Telco

Capita are on the market looking to hire** **a pragmatic, detail oriented and experienced business change and adoption lead with experience of working on large scale transformation programmes, enabled by technology in Telco, and more specifically within the Networks/ Engineering area. The main purpose of this role is to support the design and implementation of a Business Change and Adoption framework for a Telco client
**Essential**:

- Experience of delivering business change and adoption within Telco networks environment
- Evidence of delivering Business Change in programmes that are multi-site / regional whilst continuously driving client adoption of new ways of working
- Experienced in business change and adoption models, such as Prosci, Kotter, Edelman’s and other change models
- Experience in leading teams to drive key Business Readiness and Change activities, such as Change Impact Assessment, Benefits realisation, implementation of Change Networks, Training, Communications & Engagement
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills - able to quickly build rapport, confident to reach out to stakeholders and introduce themselves
- Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Good copywriting and presentation skills, attention to detail, excellent slide-building skills
- Familiarity with agile but not mandatory
