Our hybrid Enfield depot is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled Automotive Bodyshop All Rounder to join our team. This role offers significant potential for growth, with opportunities to oversee a team in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Preparation**: Prepare vehicles for painting, including thorough cleaning and masking.
- **Filling and Sanding**: Use filler materials and sand surfaces as needed to achieve a smooth finish.
- **Polishing**: Utilise polishing techniques to enhance vehicle surfaces post-painting.
- **Body Repairs**: Conduct bodywork repairs on a variety of vehicles, from small family cars to light commercial vehicles.
- **Snagging & Quick Fixes**: Address minor imperfections and perform quick repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the fleet manager and other team members to maintain workflow in a fast-paced, well-equipped bodyshop environment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for safety and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive bodywork and painting is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of various vehicle types and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
