Maintenance Handyman/woman

D&K Handyman is looking for a hard working skilled contractor to join our team. We have over 6000 properties for which we carry out all maintenance works for. Our properties are all over London around the M25 region.

We are looking to expand, and are offering a full-time salary for working Monday to Friday and from time to time weekend work for which overtime is paid. We will provide a company van with fuel allowance (if you do a good job minimum for a 3 month) or if you have your own car - it will be benefit.

Essential requirements:

- Clean and presentable
- Tools
- Attention to details.
- Fluent English
We require skills of:

- Kitchen fitting including worktop fitting
- General carpentry - fitting of skirting, hanging doors, stud partition
- General maintenance/handyman skills
- Tiling
- Repairs to windows including handles, hinges, and locks
- Plastering
- General plumbing
- General electrical
- Ability to assess and estimate jobs.
