Rural Estates Admin/sales Person

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- To keep contracts and administration organised in relation to our Rural portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with customers on the phone and person to person
- Understand customer needs
- Achieve sales targets and goals and work within budgets
- Keep abreast of up and coming schemes, payments etc in relation to rural land and properties
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in working on own initiative in a fast pace administration role or experience of rural working and a good ability to organize admin workloads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Good written English along with self motivation and drive are key.
Must Own a vehicle to enable travel to land, farms etc(expenses paid)
Needs to be enthusiastic about being outdoors and juggle the organisation of the administration.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 4 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
