As a Customer Renewals Executive, you will resolve any issues our customers are facing and work directly to retain their business.

You will have:

- Strong sales ability - you can listen to customer requirements and offer solutions and recommendations to make the sale
- A hunger to earn uncapped commission and smash targets
- The drive to work as part of the team and contribute to the success of the company
- The ability to provide a personalised and unique service to each customer, ensuring the best experience
- Strong systems skills - you can use Microsoft packages and use technology to your advantage
- The willingness to work in a fast-paced atmosphere and maintain outstanding attention to detail
