**About the role**
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for efficiency and customer service? We’re on the lookout for motivated individuals to play a key role in our Repairs, Voids, and Compliance team In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing essential planning tasks to ensure a smooth, high-performing repairs service. You’ll support both internal and external customers, helping to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Experience of working within agreed performance targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Experience of the ability to organise and maintain a number of areas of work, in parallel.
