The Role
As a Payroll Administrator your role will include;
To administer the Nuffield Health payroll whilst providing outstanding customer service
Work collaboratively to meet deadlines of monthly payroll cycle
Ensuring monthly routines are processed in a timely manner
Ensuring compliance with regulatory time scales, and internal sign off
Accurately update and maintain system records
Action and complete all payroll related queries in an efficient and timely manner
Proactively manage the payroll helpline and mailbox, responding to queries in a timely manner
Assisting team members in their day to day activities, including peer review, and annual leave cover
Provide clear advice and assistance to colleagues in relation to day to day payroll matters
The person
**To succeed as a Payroll Administrator you will need**:
At least 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at grade C and above or equivalent qualifications
Previous payroll experience internally or in an agency
Good communication, interpersonal and numerical skills
Good accuracy and high attention to detail
Organised approach to work
Understands the need to be confidential in dealing with people-related issues
Experience and skills in administrative duties in a busy working environment
Ability to prioritise own work
Ability to remain calm under pressure

Salary - up to £25,000 depending on experience

Location - Epsom Support Centre including home working
