**Job Purpose**:
- To undertake a range of admin/sales-based tasks and responsibilities within the Planning Department while completing a 2 year Apprenticeship.
**Responsibilities**:
- Timely completion of college work to enable successful attainment of the qualification
- Learn and understand the customer journey from Reception through to order placement and delivery.
- Replication of data between the London Road and Ellough ERP systems.
- Printing & circulating information to the Sales team on a weekly basis.
- Ad-hoc system data input work as requested by commercial management team.
- Compiling information / analysis within Excel.
- Updating monthly and quarterly customer pricing on the computer system.
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers.
- Expediting incoming supplier deliveries.
- To learn the processes of the main switchboard (Reception)
