This position has been created through further growth, due to an increase in demand for their Corporate Commercial services. The work you undertake will be varied across
- M&A
- Corporate Finance
- Commercial Contracts
- JVs
- Shareholder & Other Agreements
- Share Schemes

**This is a nurture role, you are not expected to have experience dealing with all of the above, or working on deals up to £70m. However, you will need to have the desire to become a well-rounded Corporate Commercial Lawyer assisting with further plannedgrowth for the team**

**The ideal individual will be**:

- Corporate Commercial Solicitor/ Associate/ Senior Associate with 2PQE +
- Experienced managing your own caseload, meanwhile assisting or leading on a range of matter.
- Open to those from a regional, L500, Top 200 UK firm background
