At Ark Kings Academy we take safeguarding very seriously. We are looking for an experienced attendance and admissions officer to join our busy attendance team at Ark Kings Academy. This is a newly designed team with the school adding capacity to support the needs of our school on its improvement journey. This role will be an integral part of the Welfare Team.

Knowledge of the fast track/ spotlight process is desirable but not essential. You will have excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills. Have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and ideally experience using SIMS/Bromcom. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload to achieve deadlines, often managing conflicting priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong staff community at King’s and play a pivotal role in making a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
