**Purpose of role**:
The Communications Specialist is part of King’s Global Corporate and Internal Communications team and is responsible for delivering the day

- day Corporate and Internal Communications functions across King’s business.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Communications, Corporate & Internal, and working closely with the Global Communications Managers, you will focus on:
- Providing Corporate Communications support for King’s priority markets
- Assisting with Internal Communications across all King offices
- Maintaining and evolving communications practices, programmes and tools
- Supporting with some team administrative tasks
**Your role within the Kingdom**:
**Corporate Communications**
- Support speaker event opportunities, assisting King spokespeople in delivering key messages at external events
- Assist with external Corporate Communications, developing and implementing a communications programme for local markets that address key partner needs
- Assist in delivering positive media coverage of King in key markets
- Support with reactive media requests including crises and issues
- Support administration of the in
- Assist with media monitoring
- Maintain and update the corporate website and press office pages
- Maintain the communications asset library, including photos and videos
- Work closely with partner agencies in key markets to deliver positive Corporate Communications outcomes
**Internal Communications**
- Help drive the logístical delivery of monthly Kingdom Calls, Q&As and internal events
- Represent Internal Communications on agreed internal forums
- Prepare written and visual communications and distribute as required across the business
- Support in delivering the Internal Communications strategy
- Support the measurement of Internal Communication activities
- Draft updates on communications team activity to share with the business
- Provide support for key events, including proofreading, collating information, assisting with internal communications, crafting, and updating PowerPoint presentations

- hoc asset management and coordinating the creation of assets including video editing and briefing documents needed for projects e.g., Kingdom Calls, KingfoMarket
**Administrative**
- Assist with diary management and meeting scheduling
- Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute thereafter
- Coordinate team travel arrangements
- Raise purchase orders and process expense claims
- Build relationships with key partners and teams across the organisation
- Assist in maintaining team folders, asset libraries
- Support with administrative tasks in the management of the in

- Previous experience, preferably within a PR or communications agency or multinational/ matrix org within tech/ entertainment/ games
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English
- An understanding of the different communications needs and audiences within an organisation and how to respond to those
- Project management skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
