- Ensuring the office is presentable at all times
- Greeting incoming visitors in a timely manner
- Making sure that all meeting rooms are well presented and fully stocked
- Ensuring smooth co-ordination of meeting room bookings via MS Outlook
- Ensuring all meeting room IT equipment is in full working order / assisting with call setups
- Ordering office consumables
- Postal duties including distribution of incoming post and responsibility for taking letters and parcels to the Post Office
- Providing administrative support for the team in Manchester but also providing additional support alongside the Administrative Assistants in other offices
- Typing of letters and reports using Microsoft Word
- Onboarding process including money laundering checks
- Sending documents via Docusign for signature
- Setting up new companies as requested
- Preparing and formatting proposals and engagement letters
- Photocopying, filing, archiving and scanning as required

- Professional attitude being front of house for the Palatine Manchester office as a whole
- Presentable appearance to meet and greet clients
- Strong work ethic
- Being proactive on a day-to-day basis
- Punctual at all times
- Adaptable and ability to work under pressure

The role is full time office based working 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. The company offers excellent benefits and the salary will be up to £24,000 dependant on experience. Please contact me to discuss in more detail as this role is to start asap
