Quality Services Technologist

Do you have calibration experience and are happy to travel ?
Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a Quality Services Technologist to join our Quality Services Team. This is a small team that consists of 6 technologists who are responsible for the delivery of both audit and calibration services to an internationalcustomer base that spans over 5 continents.
The main duties of the role will include
- Conducting audits as part of their Laboratory Accreditation programme which is used by consumer goods manufacturers, largely footwear manufacturers to achieve accurate and repeatable in-house product testing capabilities.
- Ensure ongoing compliance to the requirements of their accreditation programme.
- Travelling around the UK and internationally for up to 20 weeks per year to deliver both auditing and calibration and are able to deliver both services to customers worldwide.
Must be highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, particular MS Excel and MS Word. Possess experience in the writing of reports and be comfortable with driving domestically and internationally and so a UK Driving Licence will be required.
Desirable skills and Experience
- Would be multi lingual, Bengali, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Thai, Khmer, Portuguese and Chinese languages are just some of the language skills of interest.
