**About us**

RGE Group Plastic Injection Moulding Company started in **1965** and is the home of injection moulding. RGE specialises in tooling, precision plastic injection mouldings and product development engineering.

An exciting opportunity to work as a **setter** at RGE has arisen This role is on a three shift system Days, Evenings, Nights Monday to Friday on a two week rotation. The working hours being, 06.45 - 15:15 / 14:45 - 23:15/ 22:45 -07:15, with a 20 min paid break.

Key Responsibilities:

- To ensure that all tool change overs are conducted in a timely and safe manner ensuring the products produced are to specification and that the process is left clean and tidy.
- To carry out tool changes as required ensuring the whole production process including secondary operations such as assembly, sprue grinding, Etc are set and functioning correctly and that any deviations to standard are reported.
- To conduct part first offs in conjunction with the production cell / team leaders, as part of the tool setting process thus ensuring the products being made are to specification, and all paperwork is correct and signed off.

**Development**
- If required by the Company, introduce new employees into the operation training them as and when required.
- Through the appraisal process, identify areas of personal and team development required.
- Develop through continuous performance improvements, customer service and operational efficiencies.
