Financial Controller

When you move into a new house, you want it to feel like home - right?
So why should moving jobs be any different?
This reputable business in North Lincolnshire epitomises the non-corporate, family-feel atmosphere you get from an SME, and it hasn't held back their high growth either.
As Financial Controller reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of the accounts function, managing a small team of 2.
Your main focus will be getting tight controls in place so that transactions are processed efficiently, and monthly management information is delivered in a timely manner.
Working in a tight-knit team, you'll need to be prepared to roll your sleeves and get involved in the latter stages of the management accounts production; however, a significant part of your time will involve recommending and streamlining internal processesand systems.
You'll also take the lead on the budgeting and forecasting process and will act as a business partner for non-finance teams within the business.
So, if you are a Financial Controller or aspiring to be one and you'd like to join a relaxed SME environment, I'd like to hear from you.
