Trainee Visual Damage Assessor

We currently have a rare opportunity for a Trainee Visual Damage Assessor/Improver to join the team at Yeovil Accident Repair.

As a trainee VDA assessor you will have a keen eye and excellent attention to detail as you will accurately assess damage to a wide range of vehicles and identify repair methods. You will calculate costs and the time required to complete all necessary repairs.

You must be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills, as you will be looking after customers that arrive at our facility as well as dealing with insurers on the telephone. Can you work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment? Are you a team player?

This position would suit a Technician looking to come off the workshop floor and into a VDA role.

We are offering someone either on the job training, where you will work towards your IMI qualification in estimating or an apprenticeship through one of our specialists manufacturers.
- **Starting salary £30k plus performance bonus**_

Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday
