**Job role**: Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator. All aspects of Estate Agency, Sales, Lettings, Viewings, Administration, Sales Progression and Social Media. We are looking for someone with or without any industry experience.

**Location**:229 Pagham Road, Nyetimber, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 3QD.

**Salary**:Up to £24,000 per year - depending on age and experience.

**Hours of work**:5 days a week - Our opening times are 8.45am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 4pm Saturdays. You will be required to work every Saturday with an agreed day off in the week.

**Training: Full training in all aspects of Estate Agency will be provided free of charge,** this is a very exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to get into Estate Agency as most agencies will require experience

**Requirements**:

- Must be local to Bognor Regis (within 10 miles)
- Must have local knowledge of Bognor Regis
- Have a Full UK Driving License or due to take their test soon.
