The Concession Data Administrator is the technical expert when it comes to concession product data and supporting the analyst on-boarding concession vendors to the Harrods Product Catalogue.

About the role

The Concession Data Administrator will be responsible for managing and handling the concession data which will include product catalogue, inventory, and pricing data across multiple concession partners as we continue to expand the Harrods offer. You will work actively with our project coordinators, business teams and concession partners to ensure an efficient flow of data from concession partners to Harrods and vice versa.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams such as IT, Buying, Merchandising, Operations, Online Trade and Concession partners.

About you

We are looking for someone who has experience working with Excel and MS Office to navigate large sets of data, as well as some experience using SAP Retail. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise work, handle pressure and take day-to-day decisions on the running of the different BAU and Ad-hoc projects. Further to this, you will be a collaborative and an effective relationship builder, across both different functions and levels of the organisation.
