**Responsibilities**: As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will:

- Prepare, cook, and present food to Bob & Berts standards
- Ensure food is served promptly according to company procedures
- Monitor food production for consistency in quality and portion size
- Oversee stock control
- Work independently or as part of a team when required
- Communicate with staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines
- Carry out and record necessary checks and cleaning

**Requirements**: Successful applicants must:

- Have experience in a supervisory/management role
- Have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Be tidy and self-disciplined
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Bring enthusiastic energy to the team
- Maintain brand standards at all times
- Be open to growth within the company
- Have a willingness to learn
- Have the right to work in the UK
