**Year 3 Teaching Assistant - Hammersmith - September start**

Teaching Assistants are highly sought for If you have a minimum of 6 solid months experience and wish to continue working within this environment, this role is ideal for you.

**The role**

The role requires that you have a genuine passion for working with young people within this rewarding environment, where your regular input makes a positive difference and contribution to both their learning experience and personal growth.

You will be working as a classroom Teaching Assistant within one of the school’s two Year 3 classes. You will form a strong team with the class teacher and be responsible for aiding your pupils’ learning and development.

To be considered a real asset to the school, you must demonstrate:

- Experience and knowledge within SEN
- Classroom management skills
- The ability to deliver in class, 1:1 and small group support work
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to all that you do; having a ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to use your initiative
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A consistent approachable and professional manner at all time
