An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global financial services organisation who are currently delivering an enterprise level transformation programme. We are recruiting for an experienced Test Lead who has implemented many business-critical systems. Experience of Design and Implementing a Test Strategy in association with the Business SMEs, Business Analysts and System Integrator.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
The Finance Transformation within is includes the implementation a new Invoice and Billing System for all its UK and US clients using Microsoft D365. A Business Test Lead is required to join the programme to design and manage the execution of all aspects of the testing across UK, US and India. This is a hands on position.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:
Min 10 Years working in Testing and Business Implementation of Business Critical systems

Good Analytical skills with the ability to lead SMEs, Business Analysts and System Integrator through a 4 month testing, Business Readiness Phase

Experience in developing and managing a project plan for testing and creating a defect management strategy and process for a system integrator

Experience of working with Microsoft D365 Finance systems and associated test tools is desirable but not essential as is ADO for testing
