Yard Worker

**Location**:Riseley, Bedford

**Salary**: Minimum Wage

TSH Services is a small family-run business which supplies potatoes to local restaurants as well as a working farm which supplies Hay/Haylage and Straw to local farms. We are looking to hire a yard worker to help develop and maintain our business.

You will be responsible for:

- Assisting the driver when out on rounds delivering potatoes. Handball deliveries, manually lifting potatoes (25kg bags). You must be physically fit due to manual handling demands.
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Dealing with customers
- Supporting the Yard Manager
- Helping with tasks around the farm
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment within the yard

**The Person must**:

- Enjoy operating good equipment in a safe environment
- Have good customer skills
- Be able to work in a very busy environment
- Have a full driving licence

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 45 per week
