- Please be aware that you will need to hold a full driving licence and be comfortable traveling regularly, and occasionally out of area, to fulfil your duties._

**What will you be doing?**

The Managed Services team’s mission is to make sure our frontline services run as smoothly as possible. The team ensures we offer the best experience to our homeowners and guests - always with the view of going above and beyond their expectations. If a guest or homeowner reports an issue with housekeeping or maintenance standards, it will be your responsibility as the coordinator put a plan into action to resolve the problem.

As our Holiday Letting Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting guests before, and during their stay, answering queries and solving any problems they have.
- Coordinating our field-based cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors, and prioritising their workload on busy change over days
- Providing accurate timescales for when the properties will be prepared and ready to receive guests.
- Managing complaints or feedback regarding housekeeping standards and overseeing the issue until we reach a satisfactory outcome with the guest or homeowner
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring the admin systems are updated with accurate notes
- Heading out the office and to meet our homeowners, assist guests, or perform property cleaning spot checks.
- Ensuring that all the services we’ve delivered are coded and charged at the correct rate.

**What are we looking for?**
- An enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming team player with previous customer service experience
- Strong admin and organisational skills to help us deliver our service a high standard
- A resilient character who is happy dealing with challenging queries and motivated to achieve a positive resolution
- Outstanding attention to detail, communication and someone who is comfortable setting expectations
- Someone who isn't afraid to get hands on and take on tasks outside of their usual day-to-day responsibilities
- Previous experience in property services, housing management, or facilities might be helpful, but not essential
