PMO Lead- Regulatory Programs

Citi enables clients to achieve their strategic financial objectives by providing them with cutting-edgeideas, best-in-class products and solutions, and unparalleled access to capital and liquidity. **Department Overview**: The purpose of the CARP PMO Lead is to support the individual CARP Program Managers to ensure there is a sustainable process and tools to identify, validate, link, track and report on ICG O&T cross asset book of work and be responsible for creation and implementationof the Cross Sector Dependency Management framework. The framework must clearly define and document all required activities to properly identify, record and manage cross sector dependencies. The role will partner heavily with the CARP Program Managers, ICGO&T lines of business and respective sector and function partners and PMOs, as well as with the larger Organizational PMO team. The role will require experience in creating and implementing new business processes as well as a thorough knowledge of ProjectManagement and Dependency Management fundamentals. **Key Responsibilities**: - Drive the development and implementation of Cross Sector Regulatory book of work - Drive the development and implementation of the Cross Sector Dependency Management process - Represent the ICG O&T CARP team on cross sector book of work and dependency related matters and interface effectively with the ICG O&T lines of business, sector and function partners, and tools team - Drive adherence to the ICG O&T Program Management standards - Actively promote and solicit support for better management of cross sector book of work and dependencies across the ICG O&T lines of business - Analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to the management of cross sector dependencies and present findings and recommendations to the Business Unit Management Office and L2 PMOs - Provide cross sector dependency reporting and informational updates to CARP Program Managers and management team - Collaborate with the Business Unit Management Office and L2 PMOs on cross sector BOW and dependency matters and promote an environment conducive to information exchange - Support ICG O&T CARP functions and special projects, as needed **Qualifications**: - Extensive previous experience in Project Management with proven success in project execution - Experience in developing and implementing new business processes - Experience working with cross functional teams and senior executive management - Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues - Strong leadership: must lead change transformation and influence others to act in support of change - Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) - Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high-quality results **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience **What we Offer** As well as a competitive salary and consideration for a yearly discretionary bonus Citi offer;- 23 days paid annual leave - Award winning pension scheme, - Life assurance and - Private medical insurance with Bupa healthcare.
