My Client currently have an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join the Facilities Management team based in Fulham

As a Grounds Maintenance operative you will be taking care of public outdoor spaces such as Parks and Cemeteries.

This role comes with a shared company vehicle, which is kept on site and therefore a full UK Driving Licence is required.

**This role is a temp to perm vacancy after a 12 weeks contract.**

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for:

- Grass cutting/shrub pruning/removal of weeds and litter/Digging
- Keeping equipment in Good working order and performing maintenance if necessary.
- In the colder months gritting to make pathways safe for the public
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- The ability to demonstrate great team work
- The ability to follow instructions
