**Residential Lettings Negotiator - £22,000 -£24,000 + Commission - Bloomsbury/King's Cross**

**The Role
Are you a self -starter, motivated, hardworking, sociable individual? Do you have good knowledge of the lettings market? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Greater London Properties are seeking a Property Consultant for their Bloomsbury branch. Full training will be provided as well as a very attractive commission package and achievable bonuses.

The working hours are 8:45am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with viewings as required in the evenings and 10-4pm two Saturdays per month.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Residential Lettings Negotiator include, but are not limited to:

- Registering applicants.
- Arranging viewings.
- Negotiating deals with applicants and clients.
- Collecting documents for referencing and being the first port of call for any potential applicants in our new branch.

The key skills and qualities of a Residential Lettings Negotiator are:

- Experience preferred but not necessary.
