**We’re looking for**

Subject matter expert with experience at a senior level with knowledge of asset management.

Excellent communicator who can effectively engage at all levels and present complex information in an accessible way

Proven outstanding leader who leads by example, drives our values, and supports colleagues to be the best version of themselves

Resilient, flexible, and dynamic person who effectively manages and encourages change

With a wealth of experience in asset and team management, you will also possess a degree in building management, surveying or similar, (minimum RICS HNC level or similar), and/or professional qualification in relation to building, maintenance or surveying services. Member of RICS, CIOB, CIBSE or equivalent.

**What you’ll need**

You’ll have extensive experience of working at a Head of Service / senior management level in the housing sector. You’ll have a proven track record of leading a diverse and dynamic team and demonstrable expertise of actively managing housing portfolio assets to achieve optimum financial performance.

You’ll have extensive knowledge of Asset Management databases and datasets, including stock condition survey data, energy performance data and stock appraisal tools. You’ll work with Head of Asset Information to ensure asset database and datasets are continually updated and seamlessly interface with other operational systems. This includes stock condition data and investment programme modelling; planned maintenance module, compliance data, and energy data.

You’ll have the experience to set investment priorities and create a suitable programme of planned investment works that maximises value for money, optimises portfolio performance of the organisations assets and meets all statutory requirements and service standards.

You’ll have the experience to formulate and deliver stock rationalisation and acquisition programmes that supports our growth and optimises portfolio performance of the organisations assets and meets all statutory requirements and service standards.
