**Responsibilities include**:
- Supervising Social Workers in a busy Fostering support and development team, and working in partnership with the recruitment team and colleagues in other areas
- Alongside the coordination of Foster Carers Annual Reviews, implementation of Fostering National Minimum Standards and Training and Development Standards, it also requires the oversight and quality assurance of good quality and timely case notes and theproduction and presentation of reports of a high quality
- You will be a key member of the Fostering Service development and ensure the Foster Carers are fully equipped to continually develop their skills and provide the very best care and support to young people in care
- Understanding of the challenges and rewards Foster Carers face in their role, and how a Fostering Service supports regulations and provides safe, high quality, and stable placements.
**Experience preferred**:
- Post qualifying experience of working within a statutory Fostering Team within the UK Social Care industry.
**The team**:
- Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- HCPC Registration
- 5 year post qualifying experience within UK
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
