We have an incredible opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our esteemed team at the Haymarket Hotel. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen. This position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your contributions will be highly valued.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the kitchen team by ensuring all kitchen areas are clean, tidy, and well-organised.
- Assist with basic food preparation as directed by the chefs.
- Manage the washing up and cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
- Ensure the safe disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with our sustainability practices.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
