**Pertemps are excited to announce we have an amazing _TEMPORARY _opportunity to work with the country’s leading pub retailer and brewer, running over 2,700 pubs, restaurants and hotels in towns, villages and city-centre high streets acrossEngland, Wales and Scotland.
**Hours Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm - £10.63 P/H
1 x 8 Week Contract
Job Description**:

- You will have guests at the heart of everything you are doing
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Ensure guest expectations are appropriately managed when dealing with contacts. Leave each guest with a clear understanding of the next steps they are to expect and follow up to ensure promises made are delivered
- Ensure wherever possible, guests are fully satisfied with the resolution of their complaints, use your initiative to solve problems.
- Be able to work to KPIs**
