**what **does a production operative at wagamama cpu **do?**
- depending on the shift you work, you may start as early as 6am or finish as late as midnight
- you'll de-box/de-bag/decant ingredients, assist with mixing, weighing, preparing, bagging, boxing and packing of sauces or gyoza, following our recipes + specifications
- you'll be part of either our sauce section or gyoza section with the opportunity of being cross trained on both
- you'll support your team in achieving full compliance and delivering best quality throughout the shift
- you'll keep our factory clean, safe + up to a high standard by following our health + safety procedures
- you'll be working in a team where you'll have each other's backs

**you don't need previous experience working in a production unit.** just a great attitude + a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest
