We have an opportunity for someone to join our Recycling Department. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic individual who wants to become part of our friendly, welcoming team. Suitable applicant must have an up to date counter balance forklift licence for which an additional skill premium is paid.

**Main Objective**

To ensure an efficient, healthy and safe working environment by providing a site-wide waste collection, disposal and recycling service in support of the Company's business plan, quality standards and operational objectives

**Duties and responsibilities**

To ensure the Warehouses and external areas are maintained in a tidy condition

To collect and prepare waste material for proper disposal and / or recycling

To monitor, report and resolve any potential H&S issues caused by waste build-up, storage or disposal

To assist in maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse flooring

Operation of specialist machinery e.g. pallet crusher, baling machine, floor scrubber etc

Assist with picking of orders for UK customers

Operation of forklift truck (where certified)

Any other duties as required and as commensurate with role
