Appointment Setter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team in Glasgow. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by initiating contact with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects using a provided list and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.

Qualify leads through strategic questioning to understand their needs and assess if there is a potential match with our offerings.

Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into their pipeline.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall efficiency.

Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Knowledge of the Glasgow business landscape is a plus.
