- Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a part time Crisis Recovery Worker in Barnstaple, Devon. _
- A private mental health organisation with strong links to the NHS are recruiting for a Crisis Recovery Worker to work within their community service, a safe haven, offering to support referrals and walk in patients. _
**_Temporary/Permanent Contracts: flexible up to 20 hours per week _**
**_Pay Rates: £21,833 Pro Rata - 6pm - 12 am midnight_**
**_Temporary Rates - £11.64 ph Ltd _**
**_Location - Barnstaple, Devon _**
**_Role:_**:

- To work for a nationwide private mental health recovery organisation in delivery support to patients with mental health issues. You will be working within a experienced team to achieve the targets of the Haven, a mental health drop in service, deliveringthe highest standard of care. Methods and strategies are be used to provide solutions to maximise the patient's state of mental health, ultimately deescalating those who are in mental distress. In being reactive and proactive in your approach, you will workwith people needing immediate support then reporting and working in line with relevant health authorities allowing for future recovery._
- _NVQ Lvl 3 in Health & Social Care is an essential requirement. _
- _Experience in de-escalation and crisis recovery. _
- _Experience of working in a social care setting, or prior mental health support experience. _
- _Great interpersonal, communication and listening skills._
- _Understanding principles of Care and Mental Health Act. _
- _Knowledge of data management systems needed to interpret data and write reports for service management. _
- Service Care Solutions also offers a £250 referral bonus _
