Customer Service Operative

Pay - in line with national minimum wage

Hours - at least 30 hours a week (Mon-Fri)

**Duties**:
Core responsibilities:

- Receiving and checking in all customer returns including inspecting and repackaging
- Contacting customers to ensure all needs are met.
- Control, organise and distribute incoming stock
- Collecting and maintaining delivery notes
- Manage stock returns to relevant suppliers
- Organizing and maintaining stock storage areas
- Performs general warehouse and housekeeping duties, ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy
- Recognize potential delivery errors and damaged products and take appropriate actions
- Customer Service if there are any issues with deliveries or orders
- Checking in retail returns and taking appropriate action

Key skills:

- Attention to details
- Proficient in Excel/Word
- Organising and planning skills
- Stock control experience
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Good communication skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment

Although our warehouse is not open on Saturdays we would be looking for someone who would be willing in future to work Saturdays as we look to extend our warehouse operating times in the near future.

Operating Hours

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

On site parking

Free Parking

This is an ongoing position with long term opportunities for good workers

**Requirements**:

- This job will involve lifting and moving of heavy boxes and climbing ladders
- Basic computer skills including excel
- Problem solving skills
- Good Maths and English skills
