RG Consultancy are working with a reputable accountancy practice in Blackburn, who are looking for a payroll administrator, to join them on a full-time permeant basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide range of exciting and interestingclients including sole traders and limited companies. You will work as part of the payroll team providing an excellent service to our clients.

£25-26k

8:45-5:00 Mon-Fri

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- To collect and enter payroll data, supplied by clients, into our client’s payroll software so as to meet deadlines.
- To download HMRC notification Code Numbers.
- To notify clients of amounts due to HMRC.
- To assist in the production, for transmission via BACS on the relevant dates, of net pay details to the correct bank accounts.
- To assisting in balancing payroll figures to produce all relevant month and year end reports for each client.
- To assist with the transmission to HMRC, via RTI (Real Time Information), Forms P45, P46, FPS and EPS Returns.
- To ensure appropriate security copies are kept of all payroll data files held on computer and to see that the relevant information, required by HMRC
- To maintain awareness of, and ability to, changes in legislation affecting payroll processing and PAYE in
- To assist in the Auto-Enrolment process for clients, by understanding the legislation, creating reports via our payroll software
