**The company**
You will be joining a medium sized data centre and critical infrastructure firm, with over forty year's experience in consultancy, design, operations, and management.
**The position**
As the Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will primarily be responsible for crucial commercial support to the business, including the Delivery and Operational Services teams. You will report into the Finance Director and be responsible for the financial managementof contracts involving the establishment and maintenance of relationships with Clients & Consultants and including preparation and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts, identification, and evaluation of variations etc.
**Could this role be for you?**
- Previous commercial/project experience within the M&E sector, including associated enabling/refurb work.
- Could possibly suit a second position graduate with a relevant degree in construction related discipline, or equivalent
- Competent in the use of relevant IT tools
- Ideally mission critical/ data centre experience but not essential
