**What you will be doing**:
**_ We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, polite individuals to join our Reception Team, in our GWR Kia dealership. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, whether it be in person or on the telephone, so making a good impression from the offset is a must._**
- Greet our visitors and customers, politely and ascertaining their needs, directing them to the relevant department or staff member
- Answer the telephone promptly, pass calls on to the relevant member of staff quickly and efficiently, take messages when necessary
- Provide administrative assistance as required to all departments across the sites when required
- Offer customers tea, coffee etc. Clear away cups and ensure desks and communal areas are tidy at all times
- Direct and move customer vehicles as and when required

**What we need from you**:

- Exceptional **_communication skills_** both written and verbal
- Previous **_experience_** of working within a similar role is essential
- Commitment to providing **_customer excellence_** to ensure every customer contact with the business is a positive experience
- **_ Proficient administration_** and IT skills
- Helpful **_can-do attitude_**, with the willingness to help, wherever need be.
- A full clean **_driving licence_** would be an advantage
