Sovereign Housing are looking for a Sales Completion Co-Ordinator to join our **sales team,** working from either the **Bristol** or **Basingstoke** office with the flexibility to work from home a few days a week as part of our hybrid working model.
As part of the Sales Operations Team, you'll be responsible for progressing sale agreed properties through to completion and managing the day to day relationship with key stakeholders, whilst ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and regular updates.
You'll use your understanding of the sale and purchase journey and problem-solving skills to overcome any challenges encountered with new build plot purchase, shared ownership, lease hold and the general sales market.
You'll be perfectly placed to engage with our customers, manage targets and KPI's to prioritise your caseload accordingly.
**What you'll need**:
- Knowledge of Shared Ownership, Leasehold & New Homes
- Experience of the general property sales market
- Understanding of the conveyancing process
- CRM advantage but not essential
- 1 year industry experience minimum preferred
