**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant trampoline park, kitchen and restaurant environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and high-quality experience to our customers. This position requires a passion for service, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

**Duties**
- To observe the customers using the facilities at iBounce Newton Abbot.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including taking orders and upselling menu items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Demonstrate basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining quality standards.
- Support the team in various kitchen duties as needed, contributing to a positive working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- First aid is advantagous but not essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards customers and colleagues alike.
- A willingness to help others and work collaboratively within a team environment.
